Ryan Kowalczyk Starts the New Year Off Right TOC member Ryan Kowalczyk started the New Year off the way some growers and hybridizer only dream of, by earning an FCC from the AOS for one of his own crosses. His cross, pictured below was made by crossing Paphiopedilum Hsinying Web with Paphiopedilum concolor. The results proved to be wonderful, not what one would readily expect from the cross, a dark vinicolor maudiae type Paph that is a sequential bloomer. I can't wait to see the real thing.
